Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Commitment

With each order, we aim to provide you with 3-6 top-quality, profile-ready photos. You'll have access to the full selection so you can choose your favorites. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you're unable to find 3-6 satisfactory images, we'll offer another free AI training session. For cases where the AI model hasn't yet been trained, we're happy to provide a full refund. Given the significant cost associated with AI training, refunds are available in limited situations.

How to Request a Refund

Exceptions to Refund Eligibility

If, upon reviewing your submitted photos, we find they don’t meet the optimal criteria for AI processing, we are not obligated to issue a refund. In such cases, we may suggest another attempt, providing guidance on the ideal image requirements for the best results.

If you’re pleased with some AI-generated photos but not others, a refund isn’t available. It’s natural for some AI images to match your expectations while others may not; a few less-than-perfect images don’t qualify as grounds for a full refund.

Once you’ve downloaded, deleted, or saved the AI-generated photos, your order is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund. You can view all generated images before making any downloads.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.

Refund Processing Time

We will review and process eligible refund requests within 1-3 business days. If approved, your refund should appear on your payment card within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; we cannot transfer funds to alternative accounts.
